 Structure and Principle1 StructureThis VCB is used Middle longitudinal magnetic field sealing type vacuum arcing chamber. The Principal axis, tripping spring, absorber etc. install on the frame, the mounting holes are on the left side of frame to fix the VCB. The moving support mount on the lower insulators, the right side contact of the fixed and moving support are used as the line terminal. The Vacuum Arcing chambers are mounted between the fixed and moving support. The principal axis connect to the vacuum arcing chamber’s conducting rod by the insulating crankarm. Two insulating rod connect between the fixed and moving support, to make the frame stronger.This VCB is long endurance, easy to maintain, no explosion hazard, low noise and can use for frequently operate.2 PrincipleWhen the fixed and moving contact switch by the operation mechanism, the vacuum chamber will extinguish the arc. Based on the special structure of the contact, the magnetic field will generate during the extinguish progress, and make the arc equidistribution around the contact surface, keep low arc voltage.

UsageZN28A ----This package not contain the operation mechanism, should apply with the suitable mechanism by clients themselves. You can use the CD10 electromagnetism operation mechanism, CT-8 Spring operation mechanism, or other suitable mechanism.This VCB is installed in the fixed switchgear, the operation mechanism install on the surface of the switchgear, the operation and VCB connect with the transfer system, the angle of operation mechanism and principle axis of transfer system should be 50°±1, and the operation mechanism should following table 2.If the operation mechanism and transfer system connect unsuitable, that will be big effect the function of VCB, please ask the professional person to adjust them.ZN28---This package contains the operation mechanism.
